State Level TeamWorks Project

Hi all! Would any states be willing to share a past blueprint for TeamWorks used at the state level? It's been tough to condense the one provided for NLSC down to a single day competition, so I would appreciate any resources or tips other states have to share.

2026 State Prize Sponsors

New Resource Available in Gateway: Facilithon State Study Packet for Advisors & Students

A new set of Facilithon competition preparation resources is now available for download in the SkillsUSA Gateway Championships. This study packet is designed to help both advisors and students build foundational knowledge and practice key competencies needed for success in a state-level Facilithon competition.


The packet includes:

  • Competition expectations and tips for preparing students

  • Practice scenarios and sample problem-solving activities


State Directors are encouraged to download and share these materials with their chapters to support skill-building ahead of your state conference.

State Support Week One Webinar Recordings Now Available

The first five State Support Webinar recordings are now available. In addition, the December Welding State Support Webinar has been added to the State Director Calendar.

State Directors are encouraged to engage their state competition coordinators by sharing the upcoming webinar links posted in the State Director Calendar, which provide detailed insights into competition frameworks, resources, and best practices.


Webinar recordings will also be available in Gateway → SkillsUSA Championships → SLSC Support → State Skill Performance Projects → Webinar Archives → 2026 approximately one week after each live session. To prepare for the 2026 competition season, State Directors are encouraged to review the state 2026 Project Resources, available for download in Gateway.


Additional resources are being added, with most available by December 15. Take advantage of these materials to align your state’s efforts with national goals and strengthen support for your coordinators and teams.
