I'm looking for recommendations for individuals from the field who are good w/ advisor training. We have a requirement for approved ND programs that the teachers need to take a CTSO leadership training and I would like to bring some killer people in to help me get my teachers motivated for the year.

I'm looking to put on both a new teacher/advisor (learning about the org) and a "seasoned" teacher/advisor (best practices and implementation) this year. Any recommendations are welcome :)

Does anyone have another Foundation other than their initial BOD Foundation that they use for fundraising?

We, Kansas, are looking at beginning a Foundation for our donations that has a separate BOD and Assistant Director. Our state FFA does this and we are looking at also doing this. I just wondered if any other states do this and if you do - do you have By-Laws for this foundation?
